Bing

Bing, a search engine designed to compete with Google, was launched in 2009 by Microsoft Corporation. Microsoft had previously struggled in the search engine market with Live Search but hoped to change the game with Bing’s unique features, such as displaying more information on search pages and providing related and previous searches. While Bing became the second-largest search engine in the United States, Google continued to dominate the market.
